Description

After Hours Tech Support is any support given outside of the hours of operation and is ordered at $65 per hour, minimum 1 hour.

After hours are defined for anything between the hours of 7:00 PM EST and 11:00 PM EST Monday through Friday as well as between 4:00 PM EST and 10:00 PM EST on Saturday, and between 9:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM EST on Sundays.
