width:194px;height:auto\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dialer.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-2.png 308w, https:\/\/dialer.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-2-150x300.webp 150w\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Configure the Phone Alias and Phone info<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the Bulk Phone Insert Page, you&#8217;ll see all the options to set with an example below<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy your extensions and servers to the appropriate pages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure the servers, phones, registration password(anything you want), Login Password(anything), Create Alias Entries = YES, Suffix you can leave blank, Context=default, Set as Webphone=Y, Template ID to your webrtc template and hit Submit. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img data-dominant-color=\"c1d7f5\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"937\" height=\"977\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 937px) 100vw, 937px\" src=\"https:\/\/dialer.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-6-png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4659 not-transparent\" style=\"--dominant-color: #c1d7f5; Servers and then into each telephony server and make sure &#8220;Balance Dialing&#8221; is set to Y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can give the servers higher ranks for harder calling on the ones with higher ranks where it says &#8220;Balance Rank&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img data-dominant-color=\"aac5e3\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"877\" height=\"435\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 877px) 100vw, 877px\" src=\"https:\/\/dialer.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-7-png.webp\" alt=\"Balance Dialing\" class=\"wp-image-4660 not-transparent\" style=\"--dominant-color: #aac5e3; The server with the highest rank will be used first in placing Balance fill calls. Default is 0.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dpbolvw.net\/click-101361114-15620149\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lduhtrp.net\/image-101361114-15620149\" width=\"728\" height=\"90\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>That is all there is to it, you have now properly load balanced your cluster with both the phones and the calls. This will help keep the dialing load equally spread out over your cluster, therefore not overwhelming one or two servers more than others.
